To connect to your company Exchange email account using an Apple IOS mobile device please follow these steps;

1. Open apple settings app



2. tap on the Mail icon



3. select Accounts



4. Select Add Account



5. From the email account types select Exchange



6. Enter your company email address and password



7. If you are prompted with the following dialogue regarding security certificate simply click continue. The certificate is installed and active but theres likely a name mismatch.



8. enable what you would like to sync with your company exchange account



Your Microsoft Exchange account should now be active.
